By accessing the website, creating an account, or making a purchase, you fully agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase anything.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- All provided information (registration, payment, etc.) must be true and accurate.
- Use of the site for illegal purposes or via automated means (bots, scripts) is prohibited.
- We may suspend or permanently ban any account without refund for fraud, chargebacks, abuse, harassment, or violation of these Terms.
- All products are digital and delivered instantly (license key, loader, or account access).
- You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.
- Licenses are locked to one machine/HWID at a time unless otherwise stated.
- Features and pricing may change without notice.
- We work continuously to keep products undetected, but no guarantee of permanent undetectability is given. You accept all risk of game bans or account loss.
- Prices are in USD.
- Payments are processed securely by third-party providers; we do not store full card details.
- We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- Chargebacks or disputed payments result in immediate permanent account termination.
- All sales are final and non-refundable except in the following single case:
→ The software fails to function on your system and our developers, after reviewing logs/support evidence, explicitly approve a refund.
- Refunds under this exception are issued at our sole discretion and only within 72 hours of purchase.
- No refunds are available for change of mind, game bans, detection, user error, or any reason other than confirmed non-functionality verified by our team.
- Once a refund is issued, all licenses are permanently revoked.
- Support is provided only through the official ticket system or Discord server.
- Response goal: within 24 hours (not guaranteed).
- Abusive behavior toward staff will result in loss of support and possible account termination.
- Products are provided “AS-IS” with no warranties.
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ventra.gg is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.
- We collect only necessary data (email, HWID/IP, order info).
- We never sell or rent personal data.
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data via support.
- The website, branding, and site content are owned by Ventra.gg. Software is developed by third-party providers from whom we purchase and resell wholesale keys.
- Reverse engineering, sharing, reselling, or redistributing is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent bans and potential legal pursuit.
These Terms and any disputes related to privacy or your data shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Michigan, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ottawa County, Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
